6 New Compatible Devices

We’re excited to announce that six new devices are now compatible with the SmartThings open platform.

Each of these new devices will now appear in the SmartThings app under the Things category of SmartSetup. To connect them to your SmartThings Hub and account, simply tap “Connect New Device” in SmartSetup.

Here’s a brief look at each new device:

  • Whoa that is a seriously small sensor. Has anyone tried any of the NYCE sensors?

nice but looking for IP cameras mentioned in january. Rachio irrigation integration seems delayed since they are going to version 2. (according to Rachio website) Most of these new items are functionally similar to others on the market although outdoor lights may be new to ST world.

Does anyone know if you need the “OSRAM Gateway” in addition to the “OSRAM LIGHTIFY Tunable A19 White Bulb”?

    • Andrew Ma

I have my tunable white bulbs connected directly with my Smartthings

  • DIYAutomater

I installed the NYCE Door/Window sensor and got it paired. But ST dashboard constantly shows the door as Open no matter what I do. Even when I hold the sensor and magnet by hand.
